Second driver was nearly as disabled as me. We had a close call with a coach, nearly sideswiped on my side. Coach was not at fault. Went around one roundabout (a very confusing one) about 3 times before he could find the right lane and exit off the roundabout. Overall ok."

"I was disappointed that the booking process did not make it clear that there would be additional charges for a delayed flight. (In fact, I have yet to check that this was in the information received at all). This made what already seemed quite a pricey taxi service even more expensive with an additional £20 for an hour's delay. It was fortunate that we happened to have some cash at home as the driver couldn't accept cards. I would not have been impressed if, on arriving home after a long journey, I had to take a trip out to a cash machine."
