The only small issue I had was that the driver didn't arrive at the appointment time and I had to call a few times to see when and where to meet with him. I understood that the driver was controlling the time to enter the parking (to save cost) monitoring the flight arrival time, but it would have been better if he arrives on time for my peace of mind.
